I have been using the bed sheet and mat for about one month. I was running out of energy and totally exhausted from around 3:00PM daily until about 5:00pm or so. I ordered my grounging mat after I saw many positive reviews and I thought I could give it a try. I also received a pair of socks since I bought 1 mat more for my sister in law. I've been using the mat and the socks for about a month for as much time I can in the 24h ( I sleep with the socks on) and I'm so happy with them: my sleep is deeper, I am visibly deflated, little aches and inflammation in my body are gone.
